1. Our Role as a Travel Agent

Adventure Deals acts solely as a retail agent for third-party travel providers ("Suppliers"), which include airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other service providers.

• Agency Relationship: We sell and arrange travel services on behalf of these Suppliers. We do not own, manage, operate, or control any of the actual travel components (e.g., we do not own the aircraft, the hotel, or the bus).

• Supplier Terms: Your purchase is subject to the specific rules, conditions, and limitations of liability set by the Supplier. The Supplier’s terms are the final authority on matters like cancellation penalties, refunds, baggage rules, and service delivery. We strongly recommend you review them before booking.

• No Liability: Adventure Deals is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Supplier, or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from their actions.

2. Booking, Payment, and Confirmation

A. Prices and Availability

All prices and package details are subject to change until your booking is confirmed and paid in full. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or itinerary details at any time.

B. Payment

• Deposit and Final Payment: Most travel packages require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation, with the final payment due by a specified date. If the final payment is not received by the due date, the Supplier may automatically cancel your booking, and you may forfeit your deposit.

• Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods specified on our website.

C. Confirmation Accuracy

Once you receive your booking confirmation, you must immediately review it. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, times, and other details precisely match your government-issued identification (e.g., passport). Notify us immediately if you find any discrepancies, as changes may incur significant fees.

3. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

A. Governing Policy

All requests for changes (amendments) or cancellations must be made in writing. All resulting penalties, fees, or forfeiture of funds are strictly governed by the Supplier’s terms and conditions.

B. Adventure Deals Service Fees

In addition to any penalties charged by the Supplier, Adventure Deals reserves the right to charge an administrative service fee for processing any change or cancellation request. This fee covers our administrative costs and time in managing the booking modification.

C. Refund Processing

Refunds, where applicable, can only be processed after the funds have been received by Adventure Deals from the Supplier. This process is entirely dependent on the Supplier and may take several weeks or months.

4. Your Responsibility as the Traveler

A. Travel Documents and Entry

You are solely responsible for ensuring you possess a valid passport, any necessary visas, permits, or other travel documents required by every country on your itinerary. Passports often require a minimum of six months of validity beyond the date of travel. We are not liable if you are denied boarding or entry to a country due to failure to meet these requirements.

B. Health and Insurance

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary vaccinations and complying with all health requirements for your destination. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against financial loss from trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

5. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

A. Liability

Adventure Deals shall not be liable for any damage, loss, injury, accident, delay, death, or any other disruption caused by:

• Any Supplier failure (e.g., bankruptcy, strike, mechanical issues).

• Events beyond our control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, political unrest, or pandemics (Force Majeure).

B. Maximum Liabilit

In the event Adventure Deals is found liable for any loss, our liability will be limited to the amount of the commission or fee we earned on your booking, or the total amount paid by you for the travel services, whichever is less.
